Shipping Policy
Information regarding how Crux Research Labs processes, prepares, dispatches, tracks, and supports orders containing research-use-only compounds and laboratory materials.
Crux Research Labs supplies research-use-only compounds and laboratory materials. Orders are prepared for secure and discreet shipment. Available shipping methods, shipping rates, destination eligibility, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Important Shipping Notice
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by payment verification, product availability, weekends, holidays, carrier operations, weather, destination conditions, address accuracy, order volume, security review, and other circumstances outside the direct control of Crux Research Labs.
1. Where We Ship
Crux Research Labs ships to eligible destinations supported by available carriers, checkout options, and applicable shipping requirements.
Eligible delivery locations may include:
- Residential addresses;
- Commercial and institutional addresses;
- Qualified laboratory and research locations;
- Other destinations supported by the applicable carrier.
Certain restricted, unsupported, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable addresses may not qualify for all available shipping services.
If an address cannot be verified or serviced, Crux Research Labs may contact the customer for corrected information before dispatch.
2. Order Processing
Orders generally enter processing after payment has been successfully received or verified and after applicable inventory, address, security, eligibility, and order-review requirements have been completed.
Orders submitted during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume may begin processing on the next available business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily accelerate payment verification, internal order review, security review, inventory confirmation, or warehouse preparation.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and delivery services may vary according to destination, order size, package requirements, carrier coverage, and operational availability.
Estimated delivery timeframes may be displayed during checkout where supported. Delivery to remote or limited-service locations may require additional transit time.
Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific carrier-guaranteed service is expressly identified.
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on destination, order requirements, carrier availability, and selected service level.
Shipping Promotions
Crux Research Labs may offer free shipping, reduced-rate shipping, minimum-order shipping offers, or other promotional shipping options from time to time. When available, the applicable eligibility requirement or order threshold will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges may be displayed separately where required.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After an order has been prepared for shipment, available tracking information may be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Tracking information may also be available through an order-status page or customer account where supported.
Tracking records may require additional time to become active after a shipping label has been generated. A status such as “Label Created” does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already collected or scanned the shipment.
Carrier tracking systems are managed by third parties. Crux Research Labs cannot control the timing or frequency of tracking updates after a package has been dispatched.
6. Packaging & Discretion
Crux Research Labs prepares orders using secure and discreet external packaging appropriate for ordinary carrier handling and transportation.
Outer packaging may avoid unnecessary product descriptions or prominent research-product branding where appropriate.
Product labels, shipping labels, required carrier information, and legally required documentation or package markings may still appear where necessary.
7. Product Handling During Transit
Packaging methods are selected to support product integrity during expected transportation conditions.
Unless expressly stated during checkout or separately arranged in writing, standard shipping does not constitute a guaranteed refrigerated or temperature-controlled cold chain.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, receiving packages promptly, inspecting shipments upon delivery, and storing products according to applicable product information and appropriate laboratory practices.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and deliverable shipping information during checkout.
Crux Research Labs is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed deliveries, or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered customer information.
Address corrections should be requested as soon as possible by contacting: support@cruxresearchlabs.com
Please include your order number and the corrected shipping information.
Address modifications cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment.
9. Carrier Delays
Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, transportation, sorting, scanning, routing, and final delivery are managed by that carrier.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier transportation and sorting schedules;
- Severe weather or natural events;
- Weekends and public holidays;
- Seasonal shipping demand;
- Labour or carrier service interruptions;
- Remote or limited-service locations;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Customs, security, or regulatory processing;
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment.
10. Lost Shipments
If available tracking information shows no movement for an unusual period or indicates that a shipment may have been lost in transit, contact Crux Research Labs at: support@cruxresearchlabs.com .
Please provide your order number, tracking number, delivery address, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Crux Research Labs may need to initiate, assist with, or await a carrier investigation. Any replacement, reshipment, refund, credit, or alternative resolution may be considered after the tracking history, carrier information, and circumstances have been reviewed.
11. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery. If an order arrives visibly damaged, contact Crux Research Labs as soon as reasonably possible at support@cruxresearchlabs.com .
Damage claims may require:
- Your order number;
- Your tracking number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photographs of the external shipping package;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs of the internal packaging;
- Photographs clearly showing the damaged product.
Keep the original packaging, shipping label, internal materials, and affected products while the claim is being reviewed.
12. Delivered but Not Received
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered unless subsequent carrier information establishes that the delivery record was incorrect.
Customers should first check with household members, reception areas, property management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, neighbouring locations, secure delivery areas, and the applicable carrier.
Crux Research Labs cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost, removed, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.
13. Returned or Refused Shipments
A shipment may be returned because of incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, an unclaimed shipment, carrier restrictions, customs issues, or another delivery-related circumstance.
Returned or refused shipments are not automatically eligible for refund.
Additional shipping or carrier charges may apply before an eligible order can be reviewed for reshipment.
Because Crux Research Labs supplies laboratory and research-use materials, some returned products may be ineligible for restocking or redistribution where product condition, storage, or chain of custody cannot be verified.
14. Shipping Restrictions
Crux Research Labs reserves the right to refuse, hold, review, modify, or cancel an order where shipment cannot reasonably, safely, operationally, or lawfully be completed.
Restrictions may result from:
- Destination or jurisdiction restrictions;
- Carrier service limitations;
- Product availability;
- Payment-verification concerns;
- Fraud or security concerns;
- Incomplete customer information;
- Research-use eligibility concerns;
- Compliance considerations;
- Operational or fulfillment limitations.
15. Bulk, Wholesale & Institutional Orders
Laboratories, academic institutions, biotechnology organizations, contract research organizations, qualified businesses, and other eligible research customers seeking larger quantities or consolidated shipments may contact Crux Research Labs before ordering.
Volume requirements, shipping arrangements, available documentation, invoicing, fulfillment requirements, and other order terms may be reviewed separately depending on the request.
For bulk, wholesale, or institutional shipping inquiries, contact: support@cruxresearchlabs.com .
16. Research-Use-Only Products
Products offered through Crux Research Labs are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, analytical testing, scientific investigation, and other legitimate research applications.
Research Use Only
Crux Research Labs products are not for human consumption and are not intended for human or veterinary use, therapeutic use, clinical administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention of disease, cosmetic use, food use, dietary supplementation, or any other unauthorized consumer application.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, stored, handled, and used for their intended research purpose within the applicable jurisdiction.
17. Policy Updates
Crux Research Labs may revise this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carrier services, shipping rates, fulfillment procedures, delivery coverage, product availability, checkout systems, compliance requirements, or general business practices.
The current version will be published on cruxresearchlabs.com with an updated revision date.
