These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through cruxresearchlabs.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Research Use Only

All materials sold by Crux Research Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation by qualified research customers. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.

2. Buyer Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a qualified research customer — a researcher, academic institution, biotech company, contract research organization, or other professional research entity.
• You are purchasing these materials exclusively for qualified laboratory research or analytical use.
• You will not use these materials for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration.
• You will not resell these materials for human or animal use.
• Your purchase and use of these materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic application
• Dietary supplementation
• Injection, ingestion, dosing, or administration
• Resale for human or animal use
• Any use inconsistent with qualified laboratory research

4. Right to Cancel Non-Compliant Orders

Crux Research Labs reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or reverse any order that we reasonably believe is not consistent with qualified research use, or that involves a prohibited product, prohibited use, or prohibited buyer type. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Product Descriptions and Documentation

Product descriptions are provided for identification and research-context purposes only. Lot-level documentation and Certificates of Analysis are available for review where indicated. Documentation does not imply any intended use for human or animal purposes.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Crux Research Labs does not store payment credentials on our servers. Processor credentials are maintained server-side only.

7. Shipping

8. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for handling of damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crux Research Labs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the misuse of research materials. All liability for use outside of qualified laboratory research rests solely with the buyer.

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
